so much for the master cleanse!

X did not do so well on this son we kicked it to the curb, I however feel really good except for the odd pain in my right kidney, so in place of no food,  like yesterday...missed the best day ever to have brunch, but oh well we did save at least $200 by not going to brunch or eating or drinking for 3 days

yeasterday:

1 qt salt water

6 glasses lemon juice grade b maple syrup cayenne pepper

1 cup peppermint tea
1 cup smooth moove

Today

1 qt salt water
2 glasses of lemonaid stuff

@ 12..X calls it off

1 handful RAW almonds
2 cups (shelled) edamame

dinner tonight:

Brown rice /fish/kale/butternut squash

Things I will be eliminating from my diet (EXECPT FOR 1 DAY A WEEK)

white flour
white sugar
processed cheese
bacon
deep fried anything

Limits

red meat
dairy
alcohol
chocolate

I am officially sick and tired of being fat, because it has made me sick and tired, 
i felt better this morning than i have in a long  time and I have to get it together now before its to late;
