So here we go
slept till 11:30
Breakfast : half a green apple, glass of v8 with fiber
3;00 most of other half of apple , 1 tbs almond butter, 1 glass of carrot juice w/ lemon ginger & grade b maple syrup
I would very much like to eat about 5 pieces of fried chicken right now.
Dinner plan: More v8, salad with beets, frisee, lemon juice & raw almonds tomorrow starts the lemon juice only part..whoa. but I think if I can do this I will accomplish something and will be able to get back to where I was years ago..healthy, in shape & flexible.
