Thursday night dinner

Kasha –Buckwheat groats w/ onions & bowties (made w/ chicken stock & olive oil)
Oven “ fried” chicken breast...marinated in yoghurt, rolled in toasted panko & grated parm..baked in oven
Chopped steamed broccoli w/ lemon...
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce


Friday breakfast...

@ 9 am Leftover kasha w/ 1 egg and handful swiss chard


Lunch @ 2pm – 3pm

Leftover chicken (I’m thinking 1 breast)
Apple


Dinner... Whew// we ate together!!

Olive (you didn’t have any because you hate them)
Bread & olive oil.. Not much mebbe 2 pieces each

Split 3 ways:

Beet salad
Steamed calamari & clams
Grilled tomato w/ bread crumbs and gorgonzola

me: 2 bites risotto, 1 forkful pasta— I was waiting for X

you: split in half appetizer size pasta w/ tomoatoes & shrimp rissotto

Me 1 small  slice spinach ricotta tomato sausage pizza


Lots and lots and lots of wine

Then we ate more pizza, clam and bacon pizza...yum


Exercise: X and I danced to hip hop in the backyard for about 45 minutes’

Saturday:

@ 10 am
2 slices flax and fiber toast 1 smallest amount of butter, 2 tbs homemade jam, 1 inch cube asiago cheese
Coffee rice milk



@ 2pm.. Half of a very small espresso granita


@4pm  @ 25 roasted almonds,

@ 5 1 slice semolina bread w/ olive oil & tomato

@7:45 Dinner party

Some Olives, some cheese, some tomatoes, some salami
Some wine

Roast pork (@ 4-5 oz) -no gravy- marinated in garlic rosemary & pink peppercorns
1 cup risotto made half risotto half whole grain..made w/ chicken stock, saffron wine, grated cheese (1/2 cup) butter 1 tbs. for 10 servings
1 cup mixed swiss chard & kale..sauteed olive oil, lemon & guanciale

More wine

Wedge of plum tarte tartin.. Made incorrectly w/out enough sugar or butter
1 tsp of marscapone
 more wine

Exercise: Walked around a lot carrying heavy things

Sunday

@ 11 am.. Small bowl organic wheatcorn whatever cereal w/ skim milk
Grapefruit juice
Coffee w/ skim milk & raw sugar



@ 2pm

2 thin slices toasted semolina w/ truffle butter (small small amount) 1 poached free range organic natural egg, grated parm & fresh mint
Grapefruit juice


6pm
1 glass white wine
@ 25 roasted spicy almonds


8:30 pm

Few olives, 1 small slice salami, 2 pieces toasted bread 1 w/ garlic spread
Wine (maybe 2 glasses)
Pasta w/ shrimp & arugula ( hard to find but it was there) .. Way too much oil, luckily table was tilted so it pooled to one side of the plate
2 bites X’s steak


Coffee ice cream w. hot fudge... Yes well menstruation won out ..i would have ripped someones head off for chocolate. I’m better now

Exercise: lay on my butt all day w/ cramps..I feel pain burns calories though.

TODAY

! 11 am coffee w/ skim milk
1 bowl of half organic wheatcornbarley square cereal & half Uncle sam horse feed w/ added dried unsweetened cherries & walnuts
Organic skim milk

Grapefruit juice
