TOO much food.

 bout half an hour ago
1/2 cup of noodle kugel that I am making for tomorrow Rosh Hashana dinner
2 bites carrots & squash...also for dinner tomorrow

- note from Mary who is on  the phone.

@ 2::30 left over mac & cheese.v. bad I know.


@10:30 am

2 slices flaxfiber toast w/ cream cheese (maybe 2 tsp) spread thin
Apple
Tea

Sunday Night

1:30 am "magic  brownie" 1/2 + 1 cup skim milk.. was up because X decided to star t cleaning the house at 11pm and I was not allowed to cross the kitchen to go to bed until then , and I was derailed momentarily. it was medicinal though I fell asleep on the couch during my exile and was afraid I would not be able to get back to sleep unaided.


9pm Dinner:

"French Onion " soup :caramelized onions & garlic, added store bought beef broth (organic!), red wine & mushroom powder aslo added 1 cup shredded swiss chard.
 2 oz gruyere each and 1/2 a ciabatta roll used as crouton

Salad: Boston lettuce, celery, apples, hazelnuts..dressing apple cider vinegar w/ olive oil, drop of maple syrup & lemon zest.

1 glass red wine

Exercise: Cleaned the house kind of carried lots of heavy stuff
Snacks: handful almonds, bite of cheese

1 pm Breakfast: South Street Diner.. had an ordering issue, really wanted blueberry pancakes then couldn't decide Had  2 fried eggs w/ grits & sausage &  large grapefruit juice.. it wasn't so great.


12 pm Large coffee w/ milk

Saturday:

Dinner:

Piece of brownie
 
@8 Split a steak (we both had like 6 oz total I'd say)
Some potatoes made w/ leeks & bacon v. fattening, and really not that good.

Cup string beans & yellow squash- steamed
1 glass red wine

@4pm

big "magic Brownie" not as potent as I would have liked.. it was a spur of the moment thing, found the herb butter in my freezer.. taste good though lots of walnuts & some chipolte powder
Kind of a shitty day, slept until, 11, cleaned out closet put away summer clothes

 x made me lunch .. 5 peirogies w/ yoghurt & hot sauce

slept until 11am!

friday night

Exercise:  1 hour of the naked kind

Small whole wheat pizza w/ fresh mozzarella, artichokes & sausage: to note there was maybe maybe 7 pieces of sauage on there and @ 2 oz fresh mozzarella. I was rather unhappy about the scant amount of artichokes. But it was good anyway
