So at @ 2 pm I had 14 mini whole wheat ravioli w/ chicken & prosciutto... sauteed w/ 1/2 cup tomatoes & basil... no oil
Dinner w/ Mary!
baba ghanousuh, whole wheat pita, feta cheese some olives... we didn't eat much because I only put out like a cup and we didn't finish it + X was eating too
Lamb Chops w/ arugula pesto ( no hardly any cheese & very little oil in that) we both had 2 lambchops but I picked the ends of X 's plate
Potatoes mashed w/ 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp grated cheese. garlic & fresh thyme... I think we each had under 1//2 cup -- (hint : Save some of the potato water & mix it with the yogurt it keeps things creamy)
Grilled green beans w./ lemon zest sea salt & 2 tsp olive oil.. they were good we ate them all.
A few frozen wild grapes
& between the 3 of us we had 2 servings of delicious lemon tart crunchy lidnt chocolate bar that you brought over!!!
Also we had ALOT OF WINE
(X ate the whole dark chocolate bar after you left)
This morning
9 am:
Hot apple cider
1/2 cold lamb chop

2 whole organic eggs (beautiful yolks I can't stand to throw them away they are bright orange!!!) w/ tbsp feta, handful arugula, couple of small tomatoes (from my garden!!) dill & scallions in a whole wheat pita... I used 1 tsp of butter in the pan because I can't find my spray pam
1 glass iced mint/green tea
am considering tasting that skin water but I'm scared.. maybe I'll just splash some on my face
