Yesterday-- bad- today so far so good


This Morning:

Worked out with Danny
5 min warm up on ellipitcial.. Hour  weights + Punched & Kicked bag for some interspersed cardio action.

Glass of green tea (am trying to get away from coffee)
Apple
Toasted flax & fiber bread w/ tsp hummus, pepper jack cheese & sprouts.


Late last night @ 10

4 small biscotti cup of spicy chocolate tea w/ t tsp muscavado sugar & milk ( SOOOO GOOD)

DINNER @ 8pm

Bison Burger on Potato roll (sent X out for them and that’s what they had at CVS) w/ 1 oz Jarlesberg cheese & half piece of very well done bacon, onions & pickles
About 1/2 cup of oven fried
2 cups salad (boston lettuce & arugula w/ lemon & olive oil)
 half glass red wine

@7:00
Handful amonds
Three whole grain crackers

 half my coffee mug of chicken soup ..no noodles.. Homemade
Apple
1 oz sharp cheddar

@ 3
60 minute ellipitcal machine


@ noonish

Few bites of left over pork from the night before



@ 10 am

English Breakfast tea w/ milk & tsp raw sugar
Two pieces toast w/ scant amount butter & 1/2 oz sharp cheddar


Monday Night

Small cup chocolate icecream.. Guess the craving wasn’t over 260 calories of fat & sugar

@ 930 Spicy sweet potato soup.. Made w/ sweet potatoes carrots leeks, garam masala, chicken stock & coconut milk
2 thin slices toasted semolina bread w/ chopped kale & shallots topped w./ small amount grated parm and 1//4 of a slice of bacon
